3   How do you ensure quality for contract manufactured products?

It is Simpler' s responsibility and expertise to source a reliable factory to manufacture your product to your specifications and have it delivered to you accordingly. We work directly with our clients as well as our on site quality control  employees to make sure product quality meets expectations at every stage of the process. 

4  Do you provide samples?
Yes, we can provide the product samples for your testing. Common products are free. If do customer's design, there will be tooling cost. But the tooling cost will be reduced in the final order.

5  Do you handle the shipping?

We can quote “FOB port” for customers that have their own freight forwarding, landed at the nearest domestic Customs warehouse for customers who have their own bonded trucking services, or to a physical address. 

Simpler also cooperate with many large shipping companies and experienced logistics companies to transport goods to major ports around the world.

6  How long until my order is completed and delivered?

Each situation is unique to our customer's needs and the product design and commercialization needs. One of the many examples of how Simpler brings value to its customers, is being able to quickly identify the right manufacturing facility given the lead-time constraints and commercialization expectations our customer has.

7 Can I visit the source factory?

Absolutely! We take pride in our manufacturing locations and love to host customer visits. We have customers that visit factories on a regular basis and other customers that have been doing business with us for decades but have never stepped foot in our manufacturing facilities.

8.  Could you help us with warehousing? 

Sure, we have plenty of space in factory and we also have 1000 square meters warehouse in Tianjin port,  we are glad to make full use of it by warehousing products for clients even for many years.
